What is your cancellation policy?

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of service fee. Unfortunately it is hard to fill appointments with such a short time frame.

If you are more than 10 min. late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply - 100% of service fee. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

We require a credit card on file and a deposit that must be sent via e-transfer for new clients. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

In the event there are two or more no shows, it will result in the event of refusal of future appointments.

Are children or guests allowed?

Unfortunately no children or guests are allowed, this is due to insurance purposes and that it will take away from the experience of the treatments for yourself and our guests.

What if I don’t know which facial is best for me?

We recommend booking what facial you are intuitively called to and when we see you in person at your appointment, we can always customize your treatment accordingly.
